Victorian Stage 4 COVID-19 Restrictions

Under stage 4 restrictions and in accordance with government guidelines, Supreme Heating has made the following changes to works undertaken in the Metropolitan area:

Pool heating installation and service/repairs

Pool heating installation and service/repairs can continue so long as the homeowners have fully vacated the property and are not staying there during the period of Stage 4 restrictions. Supreme Heating has implemented a COVIDSafe Plan to continue operations.

If homeowners are still living at the property, then only emergency works can take place.

Examples of emergency works:

  • Leaking solar systems or heat pumps
  • Solar systems that have come away from the roof (even in part)
  • Tea-leafing systems
  • Heating systems that are not heating, where therapy is dependent on the pool being heated

Supreme Heating are still able to help with troubleshooting over the phone and spare parts via contactless delivery or pick up.

Sales and quotes

With the use of NearMap technology, Supreme Heating are still able to provide you with advice and quotes for all your pool heating requirements. If the property is fully vacated and the homeowners are not staying there during the period of Stage 4 restrictions, we can conduct an on-site quote as usual.

Deliveries/Pick Up

Our team continue to provide contactless deliveries and can also provide a contactless pick up option.
