In the instance that works are not covered under warranty, the service technician will determine on-site of any applicable charges. Standard fee is $150 for a single storey property and $250 for a double storey property, which includes the first 15 minutes on-site. Additional labour is charged at $150 per hour, billed in 15 minute blocks. Extra travel charges may apply for regional areas. Any materials required are price on application.
Payment in the form of COD or credit card details (provided in person or via phone) must be arranged prior to the commencement of any work.

Supreme Heating remains open during the current COVID-19 pandemic.
Whilst it is business as usual, there are some changes to the operations of our Victorian Service Department. Due to the restrictions on the number of sites our technicians could attend during lockdown, only warranty work will be undertaken by the Service Department.
The restrictions placed on us through these challenging times have limited the entire industries access to worksites and increased the demand for our business. Our lead time is currently 6-8 weeks. As demand continues to grow, we expect to slowly reduce lead times as Government restrictions ease. Please be patient as we keep working through the backlog.
