St Hilda’s Anglican School for Girls chose to install a new solar hot water system for their sports centre shower block. The system that was installed is a Therman TEC9-315G6-MDC-30, which consists of 6 x 315 litre glass lined tanks and 9 panels of 30 Evacuated Glass Tubes. This system is estimated to reduce the schools dependency on electricity to heat the shower water by 60-70 % annually. Introducing this technology to other areas within the school that has a heavy dependency on gas or electricity, will dramatically reduce the ever increasing cost of bills.
This project was completed on time and on budget by Supreme Heating’s Western Australian distributor, Craig Doncon.
