COVID-19 Update from Supreme Heating

Supreme Heating remains open during the current COVID-19 pandemic.
Whilst it is business as usual, there are some changes to the operations of our Victorian Service Department. Due to the restrictions on the number of sites our technicians could attend during lockdown, only warranty work will be undertaken by the Service Department.
The restrictions placed on us through these challenging times have limited the entire industries access to worksites and increased the demand for our business. Our lead time is currently 6-8 weeks. As demand continues to grow, we expect to slowly reduce lead times as Government restrictions ease. Please be patient as we keep working through the backlog.
Protecting the health and wellbeing of all staff, customers and the wider community we operate in remains paramount. In response to government recommendations our team practices safe hygiene, social distancing and the appropriate use of personal protective equipment at our offices, our worksites and our customers’ properties.
