The manifolds on a solar system are the pipes that deliver and return the pool water to and from the collector. Our service history on solar systems clearly indicates that the most vulnerable part of any system is the manifolds. The Supreme Heating manifold system has been carefully researched and designed to minimize potential problems. We achieved this through the choice of better materials and utilizing improved construction techniques. Supreme Heating manufactures its own manifold (released in 1998) in continuous 6 meter lengths using cutting edge high frequency welding technology. This ensures that there are a minimal amount of joins across the manifold. This is important as the manifold pipe will expand and contract vigorously when exposed to temperature change. Our manifold system no longer incorporates the outdated barb and grommet system or joined manifold systems so commonly used by other brands. |
